1. Scope

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services and agreements between Joy (hereinafter "Service Provider") and the Client. By booking an appointment, the Client fully accepts these GTC.

2. Description of Services

The Service Provider offers companionship and escort services. The exact nature, duration, and location of the service are agreed upon individually in advance between the Service Provider and the Client. All services are based on mutual consent, respect, and voluntariness.

3. Booking and Deposit Conditions

To guarantee a binding booking, a deposit of 20% of the agreed fee is required when making the appointment. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or cryptocurrency. The appointment is only considered firmly booked upon receipt of the deposit.

4. Cancellation Policy

If an appointment does not take place, the following rules apply:

• Cancellation by me:
  If I have to cancel an appointment on my end, you will of course receive a 100% refund of your deposit.


• Cancellation by you:
  If you cancel, I reserve the right to withhold the deposit partially or entirely, depending on the planning effort already involved. In addition, the following deadlines apply:
  • Up to 48 hours before the date: A full refund of the deposit is possible.
  • Less than 48 hours before the date: The deposit cannot be refunded but can be credited towards an alternative appointment within the next 30 days.
  • Same-day cancellation / No-show: In case of short-notice cancellations on the same day or a no-show, the deposit is completely forfeited.

5. Client Obligations (Etiquette)

The Client commits to respectful, discreet, and polite behavior. A well-groomed appearance and basic bodily hygiene (freshly showered) are strictly required for every meeting. The consumption of illegal drugs during the date is strictly prohibited. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the meeting immediately and without refund of the fee in case of rude behavior, poor hygiene, or crossing of boundaries.

6. Payment Terms

The remaining fee must be handed over unprompted at the beginning of the meeting (in cash or via a previously agreed payment method). Post-meeting price negotiations will not take place.

7. Liability and Discretion

The Service Provider treats all client data and meetings with absolute discretion. The Service Provider accepts no liability for lost or damaged personal belongings of the Client during the meeting.

8. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
